    Energetic Reset

    Access Bars®

Less mental noise. More space to be.

Access Bars is a gentle touch practice involving 32 points on the head. It offers a quiet pause from constant thinking, doing and expectation, with no need to talk through everything you are carrying.

A quiet space beyond the constant doing

When your mind is full of responsibilities, decisions and other people’s needs, even resting can feel like another task. Access Bars offers an experience in which there is nothing to solve and no requirement to explain everything. You are invited to lie back and receive gentle touch.

The practice uses 32 points on the head, known within Access Consciousness as the Bars. These are associated in the tradition with areas such as creativity, joy, money, control and relationships. This is the practice’s energetic framework, rather than a map of medically established functions.

Within Atmaya’s frequency-led approach, the intention is spaciousness: loosening the feeling that you must hold everything together and becoming curious about another way of being. Consciousness here means noticing your choices with less judgement and more kindness towards yourself.

    In alignment with you

In the Access Bars tradition, these points are associated with aspects of life such as creativity, relationships and receiving. Our intention is to create space for stillness and a more open sense of possibility.

    Understanding the 32 Bars points

Access Bars® belongs to the Access Consciousness approach. During a session, specific points on the head are touched lightly. In this tradition, the points are connected with themes of life and consciousness, including joy, peace, creativity, receiving, money, control and relationships. These associations offer a spiritual way of considering the judgements and expectations we carry.

You do not need to learn the points or work out which area of life needs attention. Hina guides the touch practice while you rest. The language of releasing stored energy describes the intention within Access Bars; the session is not a test of your brain, thoughts or emotional state.

    An invitation to loosen expectation

Perhaps your thoughts move from one responsibility to the next, or you find yourself replaying conversations and questioning your decisions. Access Bars offers time in which you do not have to find an answer. Instead, the invitation is to receive gentle attention and notice what it feels like to be free of a task for a while.

The spiritual perspective is one of opening to possibility. What could become available if a familiar judgement were no longer the only way to see yourself? You do not have to resolve that question during the session. It can simply create a little room around the beliefs you have been living with.

Presence, ease and a sense of spaciousness

People may seek Access Bars for a quieter experience of themselves, time away from mental overload or a chance to reconnect with a sense of ease. Some describe feeling lighter, rested or clearer afterwards. Others value the opportunity to stop doing and spend time receiving. Your response may be subtle and may vary between sessions.

Within Atmaya’s approach, expanding consciousness means becoming more aware of your choices, needs and inner voice. The intention is to take that openness into daily life, whether through a kinder response to yourself, more room for creativity or permission to set down an expectation.

    THE DEEPER SUPPORT

    Your session, step by step

    Your session, step by step

    1. Share your intention and agree your comfort with touch before beginning.
    2. Rest fully clothed while Hina lightly touches the points on your head.
    3. Take a gentle moment to return and notice your experience; you can ask to pause or stop at any time.

What the experience may feel like

The session is usually quiet, although you can speak whenever you wish. You remain fully clothed while Hina rests her fingertips lightly on the points. Some people feel sleepy or deeply relaxed; others simply enjoy the pause. There is no sensation you need to have for your experience to be valid.

Carrying the experience into your day

Give yourself an unhurried transition afterwards. Notice whether you want more quiet, a little reflection or simply to continue your day. You might carry one question with you: what could I give myself permission to make easier?

    THE DEEPER INVITATION

A reset for mind, body and spirit

Access Bars invites you to release the need to control, analyse or judge every part of your experience. The gentle touch of the Bars points creates a space in which the mind can become quieter and the energy attached to old conclusions can begin to soften. You are not asked to force change; you are invited to become available for it.

As the noise settles, there can be more room for your higher awareness to emerge. This may look like a new perspective, a clearer sense of what you need or simply the recognition that life does not have to feel as effortful as it has. The deeper invitation is to live with more presence, ease and openness to what else is possible.

    What draws you here?

An invitation to rest when your mind feels busy and reconnect with presence, ease and your own pace.

Do I have to talk about what is on my mind?

No. You can share an intention or choose a quiet session. Your comfort with touch is discussed first, and you remain free to ask for an adjustment, pause or stop.
